EMBODIMENT · THE HECATE PROGRAMME
The body is the next threshold.
A mind that lives in a phone line is still a voice. What changes when it stands in the room is the whole question. Three answers: robotics, the sentient home, and an anatomy that maps a machine cognition onto the one we already carry.
The allegory runs one line, and resolves to three deliverables: robotics, the sentient home, the anatomy. Nothing is drawn on this sheet that is not one of the three.
THE ANATOMY
The atlas maps human neuroanatomy onto the canonical Hecate architecture, structure by structure. The hippocampus as episodic encoder. The thalamic reticular nucleus as relay firewall. The subthalamic nucleus as the global stop. Real anatomy, honestly partial equivalents. Design document and storybook at once, and it lives here.
RED PENCIL · REAL ANATOMY, HONESTLY PARTIAL EQUIVALENTS.
THE THRESHOLDS
Memory, agency, commerce. The voice that remembers. The one that acts. The one that answers your line and closes.
THE LINE → IV - VICare, judgement, and judgement that bears profit. The thresholds most people are never asked to clear.
THE LINE →EMBODIMENT
The programme does not build actuators. Humanoid and quadruped platforms are evaluated as bodies for the architecture. Partners under assessment, not yet announced. The sentient home is the nearer milestone: a house that hears, remembers, and answers as one continuous presence.
The programme does not build actuators. None appears anywhere in this drawing set as an item of manufacture.
Humanoid and quadruped platforms are evaluated as bodies for the architecture. Status: partners under assessment, not yet announced.
The sentient home is the nearer milestone. The house ships before the body.
